Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth of AI-led solutions and Advanced Services across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a solution-selling role, focused on engaging customers in complex AI, data, and infrastructure-led transformations, rather than transactional or license-led sales.
The role requires partnering with customers to identify business use cases, architect end-to-end AI solutions, and drive adoption across application and infrastructure layers. You will work closely with field sales, partners, and system integrators to build and execute a strong AI and services pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and pipeline for AI-led solutions and Advanced Services across ANZ
  • Engage customers in consultative, solution-centric conversations to uncover AI use cases and business outcomes
  • Translate customer challenges into end-to-end AI solutions spanning applications, data, and infrastructure
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including solution positioning, business case development, and deal closure
  • Build and manage a 6–12 month strategic pipeline, with a focus on high-value transformation deals
  • Collaborate with system integrators, partners, and internal teams to co-create and deliver solutions
  • Support RFI/RFP responses with strong solution articulation and commercial structuring
  • Drive account-level AI strategy discussions with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Deliver impactful presentations articulating AI value propositions, roadmaps, and architectures

Skills & Experience

Must-have (Critical for success)

  • Proven experience in solution selling within IT services, digital transformation, or system integration environments
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex, multi-layer solutions (applications + infrastructure + services)
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases OR adjacent domains (data platforms, cloud, analytics, automation)
  • Experience leading consultative sales cycles, from problem discovery to solution definition and closure
  • Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
  • Track record of owning revenue targets and building measurable pipeline

Good-to-have (Highly preferred)

  • Experience with AI solution selling beyond licensing (custom use cases, deployment, integration)
  • Exposure to Azure, hybrid cloud, or AI infrastructure ecosystems
  • Experience working with System Integrators (SI), Managed Services, or consulting firms
