Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital / data transformation projects
  • Drive organizational & regional team’s BMS
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
  • Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources
  • Coordinate global and cross-functional teams
  • Track and report project progress to leadership
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

2. AI Program Coordination

  • Identify and evaluate AI use cases across business functions.
  • Maintain an inventory of AI initiatives, pilots, and automation opportunities.
  • Support prioritization of AI projects based on business value and ROI.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate AI strategy and security requirements.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and functional teams.
  • Translate business requirements into AI and automation opportunities.
  • Manage communications across all stakeholder groups.
  • Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive change management activities.


Job Requirements:

1. Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

2. Experience

  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience leading digital / data transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with AI, automation, analytics, or business intelligence projects.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional and global teams.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders.

3. Technical Skills

  • Understanding of AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Microsoft Copilot
    • Power BI
    • Power Automate
    • Copilot Studio
    • Azure AI
    • Data analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong reporting and dashboarding capabilities.

4. Project Management Skills
