Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, we are looking for a results-driven Client Account Manager to accelerate growth across Pakistan's enterprise and public-sector markets. In this highly visible role, you will champion Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions portfolio, helping organizations modernize their IT environments while delivering tangible business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor to customers and partners, you will develop executive-level relationships, uncover new opportunities, and lead complex sales engagements from strategy through closure. Success in this role requires a strong consultative mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for building long-term customer partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
  • Own and expand strategic customer relationships across assigned enterprise and public-sector accounts, driving revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that identify new business opportunities, accelerate adoption of Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions portfolio, and increase wallet share.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and executive stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle for high-value opportunities through to successful closure.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, services, marketing, and partner teams to design tailored solutions that address customer business challenges.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage a healthy pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting and business planning.
  • Monitor account performance, track key sales activities, and provide regular updates on pipeline progression, forecasts, and business outcomes.
  • Negotiate, review, and manage commercial agreements and contracts to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with channel and ecosystem partners to maximize market coverage and drive joint business growth.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer requirements to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
What Makes You Successful
  • 8-10+ years of experience managing enterprise or public-sector accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets in Pakistan.
  • Strong experience selling complex technology solutions, preferably within infrastructure, data center, cloud, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles and engage effectively with both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer challenges into strategic technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and orchestrate resources to deliver successful customer outcomes.
