Lenovo is seeking a high-performing Client Account Manager to drive growth across the Kuwait and Bahrain markets.
In this strategic, customer-facing role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with enterprise and public-sector organizations, helping customers navigate their digital transformation initiatives through Lenovo's industry-leading infrastructure solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and lead complex sales engagements from opportunity creation through successful closure.
Working closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences across one of Lenovo's most dynamic growth regions.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public-sector accounts driving revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account strategies that expand Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions footprint and increase share of wallet within existing customers.
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, decision-makers, and key influencers, positioning Lenovo as a trusted strategic technology partner.
- Identify, develop, and close complex infrastructure opportunities across servers, storage, cloud, hybrid IT, AI, and data center solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and multi-stakeholder engagements to successfully secure high-value business opportunities.
- Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales specialists, services teams, marketing, and channel partners to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities and ensure smooth execution of commercial agreements.
- Strengthen and expand partner relationships to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and maximize business growth opportunities.
What Makes You Successful
- 8-10+ years of experience of proven success managing enterprise and public-sector accounts specifically in Kuwait and Bahrain.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue and business growth objectives.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions, preferably in infrastructure, data center, cloud, hybrid IT, AI, or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage and influence both business and technical stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into long-term customer value.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization and coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve customer outcomes.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer partnerships.
