Description and Requirements

1. Responsible for multiple business-related applications' operation & maintenance, including trouble shooting, rapid diagnosis and resolution to user issues/incidents within SLA, response & resolve to user inquiries & requests.
2. Tech lead of the applications, be fimilar with the business process, system implementation and be able to analyze complex single and cross functional issues and provide solution. Ready to coach associate team members to deliver IT operational services. Responsible for application operation owner relevant work: covering but not limited to ticket analysis, productivity mgmt, operation budget&execution mgmt.
3. Work with up/down-stream system IT engineers to solve cross-functional issues, be able to provide opimizational suggestions in multiple systems/applications data flow.
4. Responsible of Agentic Ops process to agent solutions/fulfillment such as automation, AI IT employee of the system/application, deliver solutions based on operational data analysis, engage & collaborate with relevant team in development .
5. Collaborates with L3 on technical issues' primary analysis & trouble shooting, follow up with new enhancement/sprints of implementations, early engagement in KT & post-golive takeover.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or higher degree in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 4yrs + working experience in IT operation, be fimilar with IT operational process & SLA delivery. Techenial background in Java, Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL, be able to analyze coding or configurations of multiple system/applicaiton or integration plans. Be able to understand & master a Lenovo business process and apply relevant technical skills to fulfill operational work.

3. Experienced in IT intelligent operation, RPA, agentic automation-flow, GPT capabilities are plus.

4. Ability to coach associate/primary team members.

5. Strong communicational skills, be able to explain resolutions to a non-technical user of the application, experienced in driving multiple stakeholders to alignments. Maintain close communcation with key business teams/users.

6. Strong self-motivation & ownership, support on-call duty shifts out of 5*8 working hours when required.

7. Mandarin & English required as a working language.

8. Team worker and quick learner, be able to work with team members cross site.
