Description and Requirements

About the Position

As a Senior Professional for Partner Sales Representative at Lenovo, you will drive growth through Lenovo’s Small and Medium partner sales channel ecosystem by developing, enabling, and managing strategic relationships with key reseller, distributor, and partner organizations. You will be responsible for accelerating partner-led revenue across Lenovo’s portfolio, including PCs, workstations, infrastructure solutions, services, accessories, and emerging technologies.

This position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute complex sales and partner growth strategies that ensure both short- and long-term business objectives are achieved.
• Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with new and existing partners while consistently exceeding revenue, profit, and services targets.
• Expand Lenovo share of wallet and drive increased partner commitment to Lenovo solutions and programs.
• Lead business planning, pipeline generation, and growth initiatives within assigned partner accounts.
• Conduct executive-level business reviews and present strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage market insights, customer trends, and business analytics to identify incremental growth opportunities.
• Ensure partners receive the highest level of sales, operational, and program support.
• Recommend Lenovo products, services, and solutions that align with partner and end-customer business needs.
• Drive forecast accuracy, opportunity management, and execution of corporate initiatives to achieve high-performance goals.
• Mentor and share best practices with peers while contributing to broader team success and organizational initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Lenovo sales, marketing, technical, and services teams to deliver a best-in-class partner experience.

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional sales, channel sales, account management, or business development experience with a Bachelor's Degree; OR
• 7+ years of professional sales, channel sales, account management, or business development experience with a GED/High School Diploma.

Preferred Qualifications
• Significant Experience in technology sales, channel sales, partner management, or the IT industry.
• 7+ yrs of Proven success managing strategic reseller, distributor, or channel partner relationships.
• Strong business planning, account management, and partner development expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, share expansion, and profitability within assigned accounts.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior partner stakeholders.
• Highly developed consultative selling, acquisition selling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan strategically, grow share of wallet, and improve partner profitability.
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Executive-level presentation capabilities across Lenovo’s hardware, services, solutions, and partner programs.
• Self-confident, proactive, highly organized, and driven to exceed performance objectives.

This position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week.
