Lenovo is seeking a Associate Order Fulfillment Specialist whose responsibilities include working with internal and external customers and Key Distributors related to ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) business. The position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work with key cross-functional teams located in different countries from Latin America.

Responsibilities:

The Associate Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting Lenovo's internal and external customers (Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-Market, and Business Partners) from Latin America & NA in a variety of order management roles, including - Order Entry, Scheduling, Field Support, ESD, Returns, Billing, and Incentives. This team has daily interactions with Sales Teams, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, AR, and other CF/Supply chain areas.
