About the Position
The Global Project Manager will coordinate internal and client resources across multiple functions and regions to align and drive operational execution. Where there aren’t established processes, you will work with the subject matter experts to establish new ways of doing business to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for leading actions and activities around our global customers' operational business, including (but not limited to) onboarding, product transitions, serviceability, and key customer deliverables.
This position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as point person for global client regarding NA operations, communicating with client with speed, clarity and tact.
- Prioritize and gather data from client pain-points, consumer market intelligence, partner requirements, financial goals and route opportunity to ensure data-driven decisions are made.
- Help ensure internal process for forecasting and ordering allow for on-time delivery to client.
- Work on cross-functional global teams to ensure project lifecycles maximize partnership and profitability.
- Support P&L, regular reporting, and clear communication internally.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and movement within client.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of Project Management Experience supporting Global Accounts.
- 7+years of Experience working in Commercial Electronics, PC, Software, IT or high-tech industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Project Management Experience supporting Global Accounts.
- 10+years of Experience working in Commercial Electronics, PC, Software, IT or high-tech industries.
- 10+ years of Proven Experience building strong collaborative sales operations processes and executing on time.
- People Leadership Experience working in matrixed teams across regions and functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of project management tools: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to present to Executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Ability to serve as a thought leader across the organization.
- Ability to execute innovative solutions; ability to think outside the box.
- Strong sense of priority and urgency to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail.
- Strong operational business acumen across cultural contexts and time zone differences.
- PMP Certification desired.
- Experience handling complex projects at Fortune 500 companies desired.
- ISG or CSP business experience preferred.
