This role combines KSA Program Management and Global EMS Sourcing Management, responsible for driving EMS business enablement, supplier management, cost competitiveness, and cross-functional project execution. The role will play a key part in supporting business transformation, localization initiatives, and long-term manufacturing strategy deployment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

• Lead KSA and EMS-related strategic programs, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation.
• Drive project governance, milestone management, risk assessment, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Operations, Planning, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Legal.
• Support manufacturing transitions, localization initiatives, and capacity expansion projects.

2. Cost & Commercial Management

• Manage EMS and remote-site cost structures, quotation validation, and cost competitiveness analysis.
• Drive end-to-end cost optimization initiatives with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor cost performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support commercial negotiations and business case development.

3. Supplier & Contract Management

• Manage ODM and EMS supplier relationships, performance, and capability development.
• Lead RFQ activities, supplier evaluations, quarterly business reviews, and sourcing strategies.
• Manage commercial agreements, including PSA/MSA negotiation, contract renewals, amendments, and compliance.
• Drive supplier risk management and operational excellence.

4. Product & Business Operations Management

• Support product transitions, new product introduction (NPI), and localization programs.
• Manage product-related activities including BOM review, cost tracking, engineering changes (EC), and lifecycle management.
• Ensure smooth execution across suppliers, manufacturing sites, and business stakeholders.

5. Industry Analysis & Strategic Planning

• Monitor industry trends, government policies, and localization requirements impacting EMS and manufacturing strategies.
• Conduct supplier and market intelligence analysis to support sourcing decisions and long-term manufacturing strategy.
• Provide recommendations to enhance supply chain competitiveness and business growth.

Job Requirements

• Strong project/program management experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, EMS, ODM, or Manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects in a global environment.
• Strong commercial, supplier management, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, localization strategy, and supply chain management.
• Fluent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively work with global stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
