Are you passionate about technology, product strategy, and driving business growth? We are looking for a Consumer Product Manager to lead the portfolio strategy for PCs, Tablets, Accessories, Software, and Services across the BUPE region. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue, profitability, market share, and product innovation, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and global product teams.

🌟 What You'll Do

Product Portfolio Strategy

  • Define and execute the consumer portfolio strategy across PCs, Tablets, Accessories, Visuals, Software, and Services.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from launches to product transitions and end-of-life planning.
  • Identify portfolio opportunities through market intelligence, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Align local business needs with regional and worldwide product roadmaps.
  • Ensure a competitive and market-relevant portfolio across BUPE markets.

Pricing & Profitability Management

  • Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and market share growth.
  • Monitor business performance, margins, and pricing effectiveness.
  • Recommend pricing and portfolio mix adjustments based on market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and financial planning activities.

Demand Planning & Business Operations

  • Lead forecasting and planning activities in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Monitor inventory health, sell-in, sell-out, and forecast accuracy.
  • Drive business decisions that optimize inventory, transitions, and financial performance.
  • Support revenue, profit, market share, and inventory goals.

Go-to-Market & Launch Excellence

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing to create impactful promotional initiatives.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to local market needs.
  • Ensure flawless execution of launch plans across the region.

Sales Enablement & Channel Engagement

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the consumer portfolio.
  • Deliver product and competitive training to sales teams, distributors, retailers, and partners.
  • Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Help identify growth opportunities and accelerate product adoption.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
  • Generate actionable recommendations to strengthen market positioning.
  • Provide strategic insights and business recommendations to leadership teams.

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the consumer technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology sector and consumer products (must-have).
  • Solid understanding of the 4Ps of Marketing and P&L management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (required).
