Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized E-commerce UX & Merchandising Specialist to support and optimize the customer experience across Lenovo.com in Brazil. This role is responsible for enhancing the online shopping journey through website merchandising, user experience improvements, web analytics, and cross-functional project management.

The ideal candidate combines strong e-commerce expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, lead digital initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to improve business performance. This position requires a proactive professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver an exceptional online experience for Lenovo customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate website improvement initiatives and IT-related projects in partnership with Lenovo’s global teams.
  • Manage project implementation activities, ensuring successful deployment, monitoring, and execution of new website features and enhancements.
  • Own the merchandising strategy across Lenovo.com, ensuring high-quality product content, images, technical specifications, navigation, and product positioning.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize SEO-friendly landing pages that provide a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Analyze customer behavior and website performance using Adobe Analytics, internal dashboards, sales reports, and customer feedback channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize product configurators, accessories, services, and software positioning to increase conversion rates, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Supply, Marketing, Demand Generation, and IT teams to align priorities and execute business initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and customer engagement throughout the website.
  • Continuously improve the online customer experience by identifying friction points and implementing solutions that enhance usability and conversion.
  • Maintain merchandising standards across all pages and ensure accurate, timely, and relevant content.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Online Retail environments.
  • Proven experience managing website projects and coordinating implementations with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce operations, customer journey optimization, and website content management.
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to interact regularly with global teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with both B2C and B2B E-commerce environments.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and landing page optimization.
  • Background in website merchandising, content management, and promotional strategy.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
