Description and Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

Technical Project Manager
i) Lead cross-functional program execution across hardware, software, mechanical, and display engineering domains, driving complex products from concept through mass production with rigorous timeline and quality control.
ii) Possess deep technical fluency in embedded systems, mechanical design, and display module technologies to lead architecture reviews, anticipate integration risks, and allocate resources effectively across engineering teams.
iii) Excellent at building high-performance collaboration between R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing organizations to resolve critical bottlenecks at the intersection of multiple technology disciplines.

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years working experiences in OEM or Tier 1 with bachelor or above degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical or related majors.
  2. 5+ years experiences as PM or TPM, of which minimum of 3 years experiences of team management, and being familiar with APQP process, main international and China OEM process. Experience of electrical controller is highly preferred.
  3. Good understanding of project management, product development and production process of electrical parts.
  4. Demonstrated experiences of improving management system and coordinate the resource allocation to better serve business.
  5. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers and suppliers.
  6. High level of oral and written skills both in Chinese and English.
  7. Strong negotiation skills and clear thought process under pressure.
