Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

  1. Lead the overall R&D planning and execution of the ISS AI transformation strategy, driving the adoption of AI technologies across the organization.
  2. Design, build, and continuously enhance proprietary AI platforms, including private Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent orchestration/harness systems.
  3. Drive the transformation of internal systems into AI-native applications to improve operational efficiency and business value.
  4. Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand ISS service delivery requirements and develop AI-driven applications and tools for key business scenarios.
  5. Oversee the technical architecture, development, and deployment of in-house AI solutions, including resilience management platforms, end-to-end service platforms, and AI-powered upsell solutions.
  6. Consolidate and strengthen the organization’s core AI intellectual property and technology capabilities.
  7. Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to ensure the successful and timely delivery of AI projects.
  8. Promote effective collaboration across R&D, operations, and business teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Job Requirements：

  1. Strong experience in AI platform development, machine learning applications, and large-scale system architecture design.
  2. Proven expertise in building and implementing AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or related AI technologies.
  3. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, technical architecture, and enterprise application development.
  4. Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven products, tools, and technical solutions.
  5. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from planning through delivery.
  6. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical functions.
  7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.
  8. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, technology transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives within an organization.
