Description and Requirements

The Product Operations Manager is responsible for LA / Brazil ACC business financial performance and develop short term & long-term strategic programs / initiatives to drive ACC STAMP target achievement in CA, revenue, MS% and GP ($ and %). Some areas of focus for this role are Organizational design, Geo Sales Coverage, Deals affordability, bringing efficiency across the BU & Sales organization.
  • Drive and manage programs / initiatives for effective execution of the global sales transformation
  • Collaborate with teams and organizations at Geo and BU levels in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Manage regular communications and consistently follow-through with stakeholders including senior executives across different BU and Geo’s.
  • Responsible for development and execution of product(s) plans. Develops operational strategies for the output of product forecast, order planning and cadence based on market demand, business goal, product portfolio and customer purchasing characteristics.
  • Manages product-related feedback and uses it for on-going development/refinement of the product. Collaborates and communicates with cross functional teams and oversees product development.
  • Manages product profit to develop pricing strategies, models and methodologies.
  • Leverage the market data analysis (IDC, Context, market research etc…) to identify the key growth area and initiatives.
  • Work with Geo to drive LA / Brazil P&L and with internal BU teams to support Geo achieve the P&L target
  • Need to work with GEO finance/segment finance to understand the expense in P&L, why it is over budget or better than budget in each Mx forecast & actual.
  • Set up and own BMS and track daily business and program implementation progress towards aspiration target
  • Getting insight of GEO Mx forecast before GEO finance upload number into finance system and understand the assumption behind the number loads.
  • Work with GEOs on liability/FGI/MWD/complexity control/MOT to align improvement plan and take actions
  • Closely track daily order load/shipment, weekly WOI status by product level, strategic product order load/shipment weekly tracking
  • Geo's and BU event attendance and on-site support, if needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related business functions.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, demand planning, and P&L management.
  • Experience working in multinational and matrixed organizations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluent English
