Lenovo is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and support business stakeholders across North America and Latin America.

This role plays a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other strategic teams, helping drive reporting excellence, data quality, and business performance visibility.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and develop executive-level reporting and insights.
• Define, maintain, and improve key business KPIs and reporting dimensions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting assets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Investigate data discrepancies and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to operational teams regarding reporting needs.
• Participate in projects focused on business process improvement and system enhancements.
• Work with data models, data flows, and analytical structures used to support business reporting.
• Develop validation and control processes to improve data integrity.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on strategic reporting initiatives.

✅ Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong Power BI experience.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to generate insights and improve analytical processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• SQL knowledge for data analysis and querying.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Qlik Cloud.
• Visual Basic / VBA knowledge.
• Experience working in global or regional organizations.

• Location: Núñez, Buenos Aires.
• Hybrid work model - Three days per week in the office.
