Description and Requirements

Role Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Solution Architect to drive business growth and solution development across Managed Services, Digital Workplace Services, Infrastructure Management, NOC Services, System Integration, and Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business development, solutioning, managed services, and technical consulting experience, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, develop winning service strategies, and support large enterprise customers globally.

This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in designing and positioning managed service solutions, negotiating complex contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing Lenovo's services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and position innovative Managed Services solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Drive business development activities, including customer engagement, opportunity qualification, and solution strategy.
  • Lead Statement of Work (SOW) creation, proposal development, contract discussions, and solution presentations.
  • Partner with sales, delivery, technical, and partner teams to create scalable service offerings.
  • Design solutions across Digital Workplace Services, Infrastructure Management, NOC Services, System Integration, and DaaS environments.
  • Support large enterprise and global accounts by aligning service capabilities with customer transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct commercial assessments, pricing reviews, and contract negotiations to ensure profitable business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen service offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new services and technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Managed Services, Professional Services, Business Development, Project Management, or Solution Development.
  • Experience in developing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and complex service solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Managed Services, Digital Workplace Services, Infrastructure Services, System Integration, and DaaS offerings.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering successful managed service solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Experience in IT Services Operations or Service Delivery environments.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and analytical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and partner engagement abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, MCA, BE, or other advanced technical/business degree.
  • Technical certifications in Azure, AWS, AI, Infrastructure Technologies, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience selling or positioning consumption-based services, including SaaS, DaaS, Cloud Services, or Managed Services.
  • Experience supporting Global Enterprise Accounts with multiple stakeholder groups and complex buying environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud transformation, workplace modernization, and infrastructure outsourcing services.
