Join Lenovo’s EMEA Marketing Operations team as an EMEA Marketing Operations Specialist on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Operations Director, you will play a key role in supporting marketing planning, budget management, operational processes, and cross-functional coordination across Europe and META (Middle East, Turkey & Africa). Key Responsibilities
- Support local and EMEA marketing teams throughout quarterly and annual marketing and business planning cycles
- Manage quarterly marketing activities, including budget tracking, fund utilization, and approval processes with internal and external partners
- Maintain marketing operations calendars, templates, tools, and documentation to support business objectives
- Participate in regular regional market meetings and provide operational support to marketing stakeholders
- Coordinate project priorities and budget requirements with managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Review marketing documentation to ensure alignment with internal policies and partner compliance requirements
- Accurately maintain planning, activity, and budget information within internal systems and reporting tools
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across diverse markets and support ongoing process improvements
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing operations, business operations, marketing support, or a related area
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with numerical data
- Experience maintaining budgets, plans, reports, or operational data with a high level of accuracy
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across international teams and cultures

Base gross monthly salary from 1,600 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of annual earnings.
