Description and Requirements



We are seeking a PM / Services AR Controller to join Lenovo AR Team. This senior role will support AR transformation, process improvement, and ongoing strategic initiatives, with a future path toward leading the global Services AR scope. The role will help build scalable processes, governance, and policies for Services-related cash collection, billing, cash application, and dispute management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AR transformation and process improvement initiatives with clear project structure, milestones, risks, actions, and outcomes.
  • Drive standardization, governance, automation, and simplification across AR processes, with a focus on performance excellence.
  • Support the business case and operating model design for a dedicated Services AR organization.
  • Partner with GEO AR teams, Services, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to align ownership and execution.
  • Develop high-level policies, controls, KPIs, and performance governance for Services AR activities.
  • Over time, lead the end-to-end Services AR scope, including collections, billing, cash application, and dispute management.


Position Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project management, transformation, services, OTC finance, or related operational finance roles.
  • Strong project management mindset with ability to structure complex topics, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Good understanding of OTC and AR processes; experience with collections, billing, cash application, or dispute management is a plus.
  • Leadership potential to build, influence, and eventually lead a global Services AR team.
  • SAP; Power BI, VBA, workflow, automation, or AI-enabled process improvement experience are a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Effective written and oral communication in English is mandatory; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to work in a global, fast-changing environment.

The anticipated initial gross base monthly salary range for this position in Slovakia is 2,742 EUR – 4,015 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €32900–48180 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
