Are you an HR professional enthusiastic about shaping inclusive, innovative, and high-integrity workplaces? Lenovo is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) specialist to support ER initiatives across a transformational and multi-cultural environment.

Reporting to the Employee Relations Leader within HR Strategy & Operations, you will collaborate within ER and across HR, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, business leaders, and employees to support ER matters with a primary focus as a dedicated ER investigator. This role is key to advancing Lenovo’s culture and employee experience with opportunities to support global ER initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Employee Relations (ER) initiatives while partnering closely with ER Partners, HR Partners, managers, and employees.
  • Conduct simple to moderate level internal investigations into workplace misconduct with guidance from the ER Partner.
  • Support and facilitate ER-related training programs.
  • Support ER and HR leaders on workforce realignment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR or Employee Relations with a proven record of trust, accountability, confidentiality, and diligence
  • Experience conducting internal investigations, advising on simple to moderate ER matters, assistance in resolving disputes with sound judgment, balanced decision-making and in a timely manner.
  • Analytical and communication skills (written and verbal), with a data-driven approach to uncover case insights and influence decisions.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws with the ability to partner across Legal, ER and HR.
  • Working knowledge of policy interpretation.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and passion for enhancing employee experience, removing barriers, and fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization with confidentiality and trust.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in one or more languages is considered a strong asset.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €22700–33220 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
