As a Finance Analyst you will join Motorola Mobility, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, within the Lenovo Business Services Centre of Excellence. You will be supporting the Go-To-Market teams who work directly with sales & marketing and have close involvement with our key customers as well as our Financial Planning & Analysis team.


Responsibilities:

• Support business, Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions by analyzing data at country, business unit, key account, and product levels.

• Support and drive the customer discount and rebate process, with ownership of payment and control processes for selected European countries.

• Gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information, including historical data and short- to long-term financial forecasts.

• Create reports to monitor customer deals across Europe and prepare reports and spreadsheets to support business decisions.

• Participate in month-end activities, including Sales analysis, review, and support Accounting month-end closing activities.

• Proactively analyze and control customer accruals.

• Evaluate investments, commercial contracts, and financial regulations.

• Liaise with Credit, AR and Accounting functions to provide support to the Go-to-market team

• Track pricing against regional guidance and support forecasting processes.

• Drive process enhancements and efficiency improvements while providing well-informed analysis, observations, and recommendations.

• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of finance-related issues and continue developing professional expertise.


Requirements:

• Hold a relevant undergraduate degree (minimum)

• Have 1+ years’ experience of working within a finance department, ideally within a large matrix organisation

• Have strong IT / Excel skills

• Have excellent communication skills, ready to interact with a number of stakeholders at all different levels

• Be an individual with an analytical mindset and a great attention to detail

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €22700–33220 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
