Description and Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Department Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are interested in Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, and cross-functional business processes in a dynamic regional environment.

The intern will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams, supporting a variety of operational and strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to product launches, commercial activities, and regional projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Samples control and management for Product, Sales, Marketing, Trade and TDF.

  • Assist the Product Operations Manager in daily tasks and projects.

  • Support daily activities for RoLAS region in order to support business needs.

  • Revision of PR materials first draft as regional and local content.

  • Revision of Marketing materials first draft as copy guides localized.

  • Local custom control and approval of invoices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with company goals.

  • Support the team in preparing product documentation and presentations.

  • Telefonica Global Account supporting with Dekra PO and Lifecard actions.

  • CRs Management with follow up and TAM validations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
