About the Practice

Lenovo PCCW Solutions (LPS) AI Data Intelligence Practice helps enterprises become truly AI-ready through data strategy, AI readiness, data governance, modern data platforms, analytics, generative AI and managed services. The practice delivers end-to-end services across Strategy, Build and Adopt, helping clients turn enterprise data into trusted business assets and AI-ready foundations.

We work with leading platforms and ecosystems including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Lenovo Hybrid AI, modern data governance platforms, data product frameworks, and enterprise AI technologies.

Our clients span financial services, government and public sector, manufacturing, education, retail, hospitality, property, logistics and enterprise markets across Hong Kong and Greater China.


Role Overview

As a Senior Data Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them define data and AI strategies, establish governance frameworks, prioritize transformation initiatives, and create practical roadmaps that unlock measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Advisory

· Lead Data & AI Readiness Assessments across business, data, technology, process and operating model dimensions.

· Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder interviews and business discovery sessions.

· Develop enterprise data strategies, target operating models and transformation roadmaps.

· Assess data maturity, governance capabilities, reporting landscape and AI readiness gaps.

· Define business cases, investment priorities and value-realization plans for data and AI programs.

Business Consulting

· Conduct KPI, business capability and reporting framework discovery.

· Translate business ambitions into actionable data and AI initiatives.

· Recommend data governance, data ownership, stewardship and compliance frameworks.

· Work with architects and delivery leads to shape feasible, scalable and business-aligned solutions.

· Support adoption planning, change enablement and value measurement.

Presales & Practice Development

· Support customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses and solution positioning.

· Develop consulting assets, assessment templates and reusable advisory frameworks.

· Contribute to the development of Data Intelligence offerings and go-to-market materials.


Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

· 5+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, analytics advisory, digital transformation or enterprise technology consulting.

· Proven experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior business stakeholders.

· Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, data management and enterprise transformation programs.

· Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling and executive-facing skills.


Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with AI readiness programs, data governance implementation, enterprise analytics programs or data platform modernization.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud or other modern data platforms.

· Industry experience in financial services, government, retail, property, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics or education.
