Junior Data & AI Developer

We're looking for a Junior Data & AI Developer to join our NA Services Data Intelligence & AI team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or students in their final year who want to build real-world solutions using data, software development, analytics, and AI technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop solutions using Python and SQL
- Build automations, data pipelines, and analytics tools
- Create dashboards and business insights with Power BI
- Explore and develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents
- Collaborate with business teams to solve operational challenges through technology
- Transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong foundation in Python and SQL
- Interest in software development, analytics, and artificial intelligence
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Strong practical Python and pandas coding ability from courses, research, internships, co-op work, capstones, open-source work, or personal projects; you should be able to explain and modify your code.
- A strong SQL foundation, including joins, CTEs, aggregation, filtering, window-function concepts, reusable query design, validation, and multi-table analysis.
- Power BI experience
- Knowledge of APIs, Git, or cloud technologies
- Personal, academic, or internship projects involving data, software development, or AI
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
