At Lenovo Solutions & Services Group, you will help lead a company-wide AI transformation by managing a team of Forward Deployed Engineers embedded across business functions. You will partner with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify meaningful opportunities, deliver practical AI solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic thinking, technical depth, and people leadership are equally important.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, guiding discovery activities that uncover workflow challenges and identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into scoped, outcome-driven use cases that balance innovation, feasibility, adoption, and business value.
• Guide solution design and delivery using Microsoft AI platforms, automation technologies, agent workflows, pipelines, and custom development where appropriate.
• Establish delivery standards, playbooks, quality expectations, and repeatable practices that enable consistent execution across engagements.
• Coach engineers through rapid prototyping, user testing, sprint-based delivery, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong engineering discipline.
• Partner with business stakeholders, platform teams, data teams, and change enablement resources to accelerate adoption and remove delivery blockers.
• Communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to senior technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, applied AI, or a related technical leadership environment.
• Experience managing and developing technical teams while driving delivery excellence and employee growth.
• Strong engineering judgment with the ability to review solution designs, troubleshoot complex issues, and validate technical approaches.
• Experience leading teams that build and deploy AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions in business environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
