Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities
Serve as GPSM focal point during New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure supply readiness for key milestones including SVT, SOVP, and Sales Start.
Manage short, mid, and long-term demand and supply planning to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business operations.
Drive demand loading and supply allocation strategies to improve supply flexibility while minimizing MWD and E&O risks.
Lead product and component transition planning to ensure smooth execution and reduce customer service and inventory liability impacts.
Ensure on-time delivery and supply continuity for OEM solution products to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Act as the key interface among OEM BU, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to drive issue resolution and business alignment.
Leverage planning tools, automation, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in supply planning, master planning, operations, or related supply chain functions.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and product lifecycle management.
Proven ability to manage complex business scenarios and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, or other digital tools is preferred.
Basic knowledge of AI, Python, SQL, or automation technologies is a plus.
Strong ownership, communication skills, and continuous improvement mindset.
