Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow-based business processes and workflow automation.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.
  • Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production and UAT issues.
  • Manage application enhancements, release planning, deployment readiness, and production cutovers.
  • Partner with business architects, process owners, and development teams to prioritize work and remove delivery blockers.
  • Drive UAT, FOT, pilot, and production validation activities to ensure successful adoption.
  • Establish governance around workflow design, data integrity, integrations, and platform standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business operations, manufacturing, sales, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices for ServiceNow development teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep ServiceNow architecture and platform expertise.
  • Experience with workflow design, business process automation, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, Jira, UAT, release management, and defect management.
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive decisions.
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation or migration programs.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
