Description and Requirements

The Executive Secretary - We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EA to provide comprehensive support to the strategy VP — ideal for someone who thrives in a complex and fast-paced environment and excels at coordination, communication, and getting things done.

Position Description:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Strategy VP, including managing daily calendar, scheduling internal & external meetings and coordinating business activities, etc.
  • Proactively manage and optimize the VP’s time, prioritizing critical tasks and ensuring a smooth workflow
  • Arrange domestic and international business travel including flight, hotel, transportation and itinerary planning, expense reimbursement, etc.
  • Ad-hoc Support — Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, with oversea background. Proficient in English as a working language
  • 1-3 years of experience in the area of executive secretary
  • Strong ownership, action oriented, always keep big picture in mind
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to stay composed under pressure
