Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Product strategy and roadmap

  • Defne and communicate the EKP product vision, strategy, value proposition, and multiyear roadmap.
  • Translate enterprise priorities and business problems into scalable platform capabilities and prioritized use cases.
  • Own product priorities, investment recommendations, release plans, and product lifecycle decisions.
  • Balance near-term business needs with enterprise scalability, reuse, security, and long-term platform development.
  • Establish clear product governance and decision-making processes across business, DT, engineering, architecture, and control functions.

Business and stakeholder leadership

  • Engage senior business and functional leaders to identify high-value knowledge use cases and adoption opportunities.
  • Build alignment across global and regional stakeholders, including teams in the United States, China, and other key markets.
  • Aggregate domain requirements and determine which needs should be addressed through shared enterprise capabilities versus domain-specific solutions.
  • Partner with KM Empowerment teams to translate business and user needs into product requirements.
  • Serve as the primary business advocate for EKP across the enterprise.

Product execution

  • Develop and manage the product backlog, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, UX, security, privacy, data governance, and vendors to deliver the roadmap.
  • Ensure product decisions are grounded in user research, platform analytics, operational data, and business outcomes.
  • Lead pilots and phased releases, incorporating user feedback and lessons learned into product development.
  • Identify and manage product dependencies, risks, resource requirements, and delivery trade-offs.

Adoption and value realization

  • Partner with KM Empowerment and Tower DT teams to embed EKP into priority business workflows.
  • Define adoption plans and ensure product development is connected to real changes in how work is performed.
  • Establish success measures covering adoption, search and retrieval quality, knowledge reuse, user experience, productivity, and business value.
  • Track platform performance and product outcomes, using evidence to refine priorities and support future investment decisions.
  • Promote reuse of shared knowledge assets and reduce fragmented or duplicative knowledge solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, information management, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 12+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, enterprise technology, knowledge management, or related fields.
  • Significant experience leading complex enterprise products or platforms in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy, manage roadmaps, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with enterprise search, knowledge platforms, content-management systems, AI assistants, RAG, knowledge graphs, or adjacent technologies.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to align business and technical teams across organizational and geographic boundaries.
  • Experience working with agile product and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered product design, adoption, change management, and value measurement.
