As a Business Analyst & AI Orchestrator, you'll work at the intersection of business process improvement, data-driven analysis, stakeholder management and practical AI adoption, helping shape how business analysis evolves as our organisation moves toward a more intelligent, automated way of working. This isn't a traditional Business Analyst role focused only on gathering requirements - you'll actively identify improvement opportunities, map processes to uncover gaps and inefficiencies, and turn business needs into practical solutions supported by automation, analytics and AI. You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand AI principles and practical possibilities, helping connect business problems with the right AI, automation or analytics capabilities.
What you will do
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes, including inefficiencies, manual work, unclear ownership, duplicated effort and quality issues.
- Work with stakeholders to understand how processes really work, not just how they're documented.
- Map processes into a standardised format, analyse them and identify root causes of inefficiency.
- Prepare data-driven recommendations for management, including expected business value, estimated time or effort savings, scope, dependencies and risks.
- Collect and structure intake requirements for new tools, automation and AI-supported improvements, translating business needs into language both business and technical teams can understand.
- Support or lead transformation initiatives, moving improvement ideas from discovery through analysis, proposal, prioritisation and implementation.
- Explore practical AI use cases in business processes, such as AI-assisted analysis, knowledge extraction, decision support, workflow automation, document processing and reporting support.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and management, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, well justified and focused on measurable outcomes.
What we are looking for
Someone with strong analytical thinking and curiosity, able to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and turn complexity into clear recommendations. Good communication skills and experience in business analysis, process mapping, transformation projects, analytics or AI-related initiatives are important, along with a genuine interest in AI and a willingness to learn how it applies to real business scenarios - practical understanding matters more than theoretical knowledge.
This role is a good fit for someone who
- Enjoys improving how things work.
- Likes to understand the real business problem before jumping to a solution.
- Can combine process thinking, data, stakeholder input and technology awareness.
- Is comfortable working where requirements aren't always clear at the outset.
- Can translate business pain points into structured project opportunities.
- Wants to grow into a modern, AI-enabled business transformation role.
- Sees AI not as a buzzword, but as a practical capability to reduce manual work, improve quality, accelerate analysis and support smarter decision-making.
What we offer
- Opportunities for career development and growth.
- Performance-based rewards.
- Hybrid working model (home office/office).
- Up to three paid Personal Days annually, plus additional vacation days.
- 100% sick leave compensation for up to two months per year.
- A broad selection of soft and hard skills training, plus individual mentoring.
- Employer contribution to the Third Pillar Pension System, and life and life-events insurance fully covered by the company.
The anticipated initial gross base monthly salary range for this position is €3,150 - 4,620 depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
