Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

AI 赋能运维提效：结合职责范围内的I应用系统(ECC/S4/POCM/LOC/SCI...)的实际运维场景，结合IT运维规范, 识别高频、重复、低效环节，设计并落地 AI 解决方案，提升运维处理效率。 智能体建设：负责搭建和维护面向不同对象的智能体，包括但不限于：

  • 用户智能体：面向业务用户的 7×24 小时自助服务、智能问答、故障报修引导、操作指引；
  • 工程师智能体：面向一线运维工程师的工单辅助、根因定位、知识检索、排障建议、变更辅助等。

AI 工具与平台应用：熟练运用 Copilot、Langflow 等 AI 工具 / 低代码 AI 编排平台，构建自动化运维流程与 AI 工作流，并对相关工具进行选型、评估与推广。

知识库建设：沉淀运维知识、常见问题库、排障手册，构建可供智能体检索调用的知识体系，并持续更新与优化。

效果度量与迭代：建立 AI 应用的效果指标体系（解决率、命中率、处理时长、用户满意度等），持续监测、分析并迭代优化 AI 能力。

跨团队协作：与业务部门、一线运维、开发及 AI 平台团队协作，挖掘 AI 落地场景，推动 AI 在运维体系的规模化应用。

岗位要求

  1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业。
  2. 3 年以上 IT 系统运维、技术支持或相关工作经验，熟悉企业级应用系统的运维流程与业务流程。 具备 AI 应用落地经验，熟悉大模型应用、智能体（Agent）搭建，有 Copilot、Langflow、Coze、Dify 等工具或平台实际使用经验者优先。
  3. 具备较强的流程分析与问题拆解能力，能将业务痛点转化为可落地的 AI 方案。 熟悉常用 IT 运维工具、监控告警、工单系统，具备一定的脚本开发能力（Python、Shell 等）者优先。 具备良好的沟通协调能力和文档能力，能面向不同对象清晰表达。
