Description and Requirements




The Senior Commercial Pricing Strategist will shape and drive ISG pricing strategy for [geo], using pricing performance and market data to identify opportunities, improve margins and support growth. The role will partner closely with Finance and regional leaders to develop pricing frameworks and make data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain pricing frameworks across products and markets, aligned with business and financial objectives.
  • Analyse pricing performance, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending adjustments.
  • Assess pricing across products, segments and deal sizes, using win rates, discounting trends and market performance.
  • Evaluate price elasticity and demand trends to balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Develop and communicate data-driven pricing recommendations to senior stakeholders and regional teams.
  • Monitor the impact of pricing changes and recommend further adjustments based on results.
  • Lead quarterly price reviews and ongoing pricing performance reporting.
  • Manage high-velocity and channel pricing, ensuring pricing reflects market conditions and business priorities.
  • Administer pricing mechanisms that support inventory management and sell-through performance.
  • Track the financial and operational impact of pricing actions to support future pricing strategy.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in pricing strategy, business analytics or operations.
  • Experience managing pricing processes across multiple products or markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Deep understanding of technology industry pricing, particularly infrastructure, servers and storage.

The anticipated initial gross base monthly salary range for this position is € 4,233 - € 6,205 depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €50800–74470 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
