Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management Enforcement: Data Platform Architecture design, data and AI governance, data pipelines and integration, structure and unstructured data processing and transformation, Advanced analytics and insight generation, Generative BI and conversational analytics, Data operational automation and monitoring
  • Presale and Consultant Lead for the end-to-end data and AI capabilities across architecture, integration, governance, automation, analytics, and Generative BI.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to gather client requirements, scope data solutions, draft technical proposals, POC delivery, and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of data governance and engineering projects. Ensure timelines, budgets, and resource allocations align with department goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, client teams, and the internal data engineering team to translate governance requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Management and Data Governance, with a solid track record in IT solution pre-sales and project coordination.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data platform design, AI-enabled data processing, data integration and pipeline automation , data lineage tools, data catalogs, and how governance applies to cloud data warehouses or On-prem open source data platform.
  • Delivery & Bid Acumen: Experience participating in RFP/RFI processes and managing project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or PMP).
  • Communication: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to explain governance and data engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
