Description and Requirements
The Lenovo Accelerated Sales Rotational (LASR) Program is a full-time, two-year rotational development program designed for recent graduates interested in building a career in technology sales and Enterprise AI solutions. Associates will gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions while developing consultative selling, technical expertise, and customer engagement skills.
Year 1: Training & Development
- Comprehensive onboarding and customized training focused on consultative selling.
- Rotation 1: Work in a non-sales role to build business acumen, understand Lenovo operations, and support key projects and stakeholders.
- Rotation 2: Serve as an SMB Representative to develop product knowledge, customer engagement, and experience supporting AI-ready infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and data center solutions. [Holiday Hours and overtime requirement]
- Rotation 3 (up to 6 months): Gain experience aligning customer business needs with technology solutions. Work across the Lenovo portfolio supporting Mid-Market, Commercial, Public Sector, and Global customers.
- Sales Track: Serve as a Business Development Representative, developing skills in relationship building, account mapping, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
- Technical Track: Support our North American Intelligent Devices Group or Infrastructure Solutions Group, understanding client segment requirements and mapping them to our technology portfolio.
Year 2: Role Placement
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into Sales Specialist or Sales Engineer roles. During this 2-year minimum commitment, participants will:
- Gain practical experience with AI solutions across client devices, data center infrastructure, and services.

There are multiple positions available in our headquarters near Raleigh, NC. The start date for the program is June 2027.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Communications, STEM, or a related field earned within 12 months of the program start date (May 2026-May 2027 graduates eligible).
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- This position is based in Morrisville, NC and requires US work authorization without need for sponsorship (now or in the future).

- Sales, entrepreneurial, technical, or customer-facing experience.
- AI-native mindset with a high degree of learning agility
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, professional, or volunteer settings.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work evening and weekend schedules during designated rotations.
