AI Library Business Analyst
Role Overview
Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated early-career professional to join our AI Library team as an AI Library Business Analyst. This role is ideal for a recent or upcoming graduate who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, technology innovation, business strategy, and solving real-world customer challenges.
As an AI Library Business Analyst, you will help transform emerging AI technologies into scalable, customer-ready solutions. Working alongside business leaders, solution architects, engineers, sales teams, marketers, and partners, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full AI solution lifecycle, from market research and strategy development to solution readiness, go-to-market execution, and customer adoption.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build both business and technical skills while helping shape Lenovo's growing AI portfolio.
What You'll Do
AI Solution Strategy & Market Analysis
- Research AI market trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive solutions.
- Support evaluation of AI solutions and software partner offerings for inclusion in Lenovo's AI Library.
- Analyze business opportunities and identify how AI can solve customer challenges.
- Help develop value propositions, use cases, business cases, and portfolio roadmaps.
Solution Operationalization & Readiness
- Assist in transforming innovative AI concepts into scalable solutions that can be sold and delivered globally.
- Partner with technical teams to understand AI architecture, software, hardware, and service requirements.
- Support creation of implementation guides, documentation, governance processes, and delivery requirements.
Technical Learning & AI Enablement
- Collaborate with architects and technical specialists to understand AI solution design and deployment.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business and customer-focused messaging.
- Participate in solution validations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical demonstrations.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Gather seller feedback and market insights to support solution development.
- Partner with marketing on thought leadership content, campaigns, customer stories, and solution launches.
- Support webinars, events, and customer-facing showcases.

JOB Requirements
- Recent or upcoming Bachelor's graduate; Master's degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields.
- Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and solving real-world business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through coursework, internships, projects, research, or leadership experiences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT, and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python preferred.
GLF Program Requirements
- Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
- Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams
- Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and execute with attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 10-20%)
