About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations & Growth Manager to help accelerate the growth, performance and operational excellence of our digital services portfolio.
This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders across business, product, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, legal and other cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will drive growth initiatives, business performance optimization and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of digital services.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, strategic thinking and execution excellence. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset, sound business judgment and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Position Summary
As a Business Operations & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, monetization performance, operational excellence and cross-functional execution across our digital services portfolio.
You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders across Business Development, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities, improve business performance, optimize operational processes and support the successful launch and scaling of new services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Monetization
  • Identify and drive initiatives that increase revenue, profitability, engagement and adoption across the digital services portfolio.
  • Partner with Business Development, Product and Marketing teams to support growth strategies and business expansion opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, investment analyses and growth recommendations.
  • Evaluate monetization opportunities, customer behavior trends and business performance indicators.
  • Support go-to-market and scaling initiatives across regions and channels.
Business Performance & Analytics
  • Own business performance reviews across revenue, profitability, engagement, adoption and operational KPIs.
  • Develop forecasting models and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Analyze trends, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and success metrics across services and business initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
Strategic Execution & Program Management
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate priorities across Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, operational plans and growth targets.
  • Support launch readiness activities for new digital products and services.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, issue resolution and executive escalations.
Business Operations & Governance
  • Establish scalable operational processes, reporting frameworks and governance mechanisms.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), deep dives and executive performance reviews.
  • Drive portfolio prioritization and operational planning activities.
  • Create executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards and business updates for senior leadership.
  • Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between business, product, finance and operational teams.
  • Drive accountability and execution across complex initiatives without direct authority.
  • Support strategic partner integrations and operational readiness processes.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Information Systems or related field.
  • Several years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Growth, Revenue Operations, Business Planning, Consulting, Program Management, Product Operations or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and business reviews.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital businesses, fintech, commerce, advertising, subscriptions, AI services, mobile services or consumer technology industries.
  • Experience supporting monetization and revenue-growth programs.
  • Strong understanding of key digital business metrics including Revenue, Profitability, Gross Margin, Customer Acquisition, Conversion, Adoption, Engagement, Retention, Lifetime Value (LTV) and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Qlik or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with ecosystem businesses and strategic partnerships.
  • Background in technology companies, fintechs, marketplaces, digital platforms or management consulting firms.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is a plus.
