About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product & Partnerships Manager, Financial Services to drive the strategy, development and growth of new financial services products and partnerships.
This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders across business, product, engineering, operations, legal, finance, risk and external partners. The successful candidate will help identify market opportunities, design innovative customer experiences and launch scalable solutions that create value for consumers and business partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities, customer-centric thinking and execution excellence and is equally comfortable developing product strategy and driving execution.
Position Summary
As a Product & Partnerships Manager, Financial Services, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, customer experience, business performance and execution across a portfolio of financial services initiatives.
You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, finance, legal, risk and business teams to identify market opportunities, develop innovative solutions and launch scalable products that deliver value for consumers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
  • Own the lifecycle of new financial services initiatives from ideation through launch and optimization.
  • Identify customer needs, market opportunities and emerging trends in device financing, digital lending, embedded finance, payments, wallets, insurance and related financial products.
  • Define product vision, value proposition, customer journeys, requirements and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, operations and data teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on business impact, customer value and feasibility.
Partnerships & Business Development
  • Identify, evaluate and onboard strategic partners including fintechs, financial institutions, lenders, payment providers and technology vendors.
  • Develop partnership strategies to expand financing availability, payment capabilities and customer engagement services.
  • Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning activities.
Business Planning & Execution
  • Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis and feasibility studies across target markets.
  • Define launch plans and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Monitor business performance and optimize products based on customer insights and operational learnings.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and executive stakeholder management.
Growth & Performance Management
  • Define and track key performance indicators including adoption, activation, conversion, portfolio quality, revenue and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market, product and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop initiatives to increase product penetration, customer lifetime value and monetization.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience across acquisition, onboarding, usage and servicing journeys.
Basic Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Partnerships, Strategy, Financial Services, Fintech, Payments, Lending or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of consumer financial services, embedded finance, digital payments, lending products or fintech ecosystems.
  • Experience launching and scaling digital products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to support decision-making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, legal, compliance and finance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in device financing, BNPL, consumer lending, wallet, payment products or digital banking.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, fintechs, payment networks or lending partners.
  • Exposure to global financial services markets.
  • Familiarity with consumer mobile ecosystems, e-commerce or telecommunications industries.
  • Experience in growth, monetization or customer engagement products.
