The Lenovo Global Future Leaders Program is a highly selective program designed to develop Lenovo's next generation of business and technology leaders. In This Global Future Leader Role, you will act as a Sales & Portfolio Enablement Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales & Portfolio Enablement Analyst role is a development path into a Junior Portfolio Enablement Manager (PEM) position within Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Director, Sales & Portfolio Enablement, you will start by supporting AP business reviews, program tracking, and execution, gaining broad exposure to the business front end across multiple functions and strategic priorities. Over time, you will progress into a Junior PEM role, leading offering launches, sales enablement, portfolio growth, and market execution across Asia Pacific.

What You’ll Do

  • Support AP business reviews, program reporting, and executive-ready updates.
  • Drive execution tracking, action follow-up, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop business insights and recommendations to improve execution and business impact.
  • Lead portfolio launches and sales enablement for strategic offerings.
  • Drive seller engagement, pipeline creation, and offering adoption across AP.
  • Translate field insights into actions that improve scale, execution, and business results.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to turn program and field data into business insights, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries.
  • How portfolio launches, sales enablement, and seller engagement drive offering adoption and growth across Asia Pacific.
  • How to work cross-functionally across sales, portfolio, and operations while building toward a Junior PEM role focused on market execution and portfolio growth.

Job Requirements Must Have:

  • Strong execution, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into concise summaries.
  • Confidence using PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams/collaboration tools.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented working style.

Nice to Have

  • Interest, exposure, or knowledge related to technology, AI, and/or business management.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin; additional Asian languages are a bonus.
  • Experience leading projects or teams.
  • Ability to analyze data.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.

GLF Program Requirements

  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams
  • Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and execute with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 10-20%)
