Description and Requirements

Join Motorola Italia as a Digital & Media Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting digital campaigns, content development, social media activities, and performance reporting. You will work closely with marketing teams to help strengthen brand presence and deliver impactful consumer marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital and media marketing activities across Motorola Italia channels.
  • Assist in the execution of social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Support content development from concept creation through publishing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor digital trends, creators, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to support campaign planning.
  • Compile and analyze campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, PR, Media, and Product Marketing to support campaign and always-on initiatives.
  • Assist with the coordination and tracking of digital and media activities to ensure timely execution.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.

Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and media planning.
  • Good understanding of major social media platforms and digital content trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 25,400–33,900 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Italy and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
