Description and Requirements
岗位职责
1. 数仓架构设计：基于公司数仓平台，负责全业务线数据仓库的整体架构设计与演进，包括数据分层（ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS）、数据模型设计、ETL流程规划；
2. 数仓开发：主导数据仓库核心模块的开发工作，编写高质量的数据抽取、清洗、转换脚本；
3. 数据治理：建立数据质量监控体系，制定数据标准、元数据管理和数据安全策略；
4. 性能优化：持续优化数仓查询性能，解决大数据量场景下的计算和存储瓶颈；
5. 需求对接：理解业务需求并提供数据支撑方案。
6. 协助运维团队负责MySQL/PostgreSQL/Doris等数据库集群的搭建、扩容和高可用架构设计；
7. 协助运维团队处理数据库层面的复杂故障和异常，提供技术兜底支持，保障数据库集群的稳定运行；
8. 深入分析慢查询、锁竞争、索引优化等问题，持续提升数据库性能；
9. 制定数据库安全策略，管理用户权限，防范数据泄露风险；

岗位要求
1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学等相关专业；
2. 工作经验：3年以上数据仓库开发经验，5年以上数据库运维（DBA）经验；
3. 精通 Hadoop 生态（Hive、Spark、Flink 等）或主流 OLAP 引擎（ClickHouse、Doris等）；
4. 熟练掌握维度建模方法论，具备大型数据仓库项目实战经验；
5. 精通 SQL，能编写复杂查询并进行深度优化；
4. 精通至少一种关系型数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL）的底层原理、主从复制、高可用方案；
5. 熟悉 Linux 系统运维，具备 Shell/Python 脚本开发能力；
6. 有数据库集群搭建、分库分表、读写分离等实战经验；
7. 具备良好的沟通能力、抗压能力和跨团队协作能力，能独立承担技术难题攻关。
加分项
- 有中大型公司数据平台建设或数据治理经验优先；
- 持有相关数据库认证（如 OCP、MySQL DBA 认证等）；
