Description and Requirements

HR Business Partner will provide strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives of the assigned business teams in thegroup. The selected candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a track record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and have a history of implementing successful programs across heavily matrix organizations. Thought leadership, organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the keys to being successful in this position. In addition, this position will help employees understand the correct HR policies and schemes, foster a desire to achieve and change the mindset of individual employees, and aim to improve organizational strength and productivity.

The following roles are basically supposed but will be decided based on candidate’s skill and experience.
-Partner with the business/functions on OD (Organizational Development), succession planning, talent development, workforce planning and employee relations.
-Actively lead and project manage various strands of specific HR Strategic projects and implement HR initiatives
-Closely working with HR CoE Team and promoting effective collaboration to be able to provide best HR services for stakeholders.
