The role combines strong end-to-end UX/UI skills with expertise in data-informed design, growth frameworks, experimentation, and continuous optimization to improve customer and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the team’s growth design reference, promoting data-informed design practices and helping the team connect user experiences with product and business outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end design work, using customer insights, product data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and refine experiences from discovery and user flows through prototyping, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Review design work and provide actionable feedback, while mentoring designers on growth thinking, data-informed design, experimentation, and product outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product, Research, Analytics, Engineering, Design, and Business Development to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and balance user needs with product and software monetization goals.
- Influence stakeholders, clearly communicate insights and design decisions, and bring external product, growth, and experimentation best practices into the team.
Required Qualifications

- Strong experience using product data, customer insights, behavioral patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
- Strong knowledge of growth frameworks, experimentation, hypothesis-driven design, and continuous product optimization practices.

- Experience acting as a growth design reference, mentoring designers and influencing product and design decisions without direct people-management responsibility.
- Advanced English with strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate across global Product, Engineering, Design, and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2C products, mobile platforms, Android ecosystems, or large-scale digital experiences.
- Strong facilitation skills, including cross-functional workshops, discovery, problem framing, and ideation.
- Familiarity with software monetization, subscriptions, advertising, digital services, user engagement, or conversion-focused products.
