We are seeking a Finance Planning & Forecast Digital Transformation Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement, digital enablement, and AI solution implementation across Finance Planning & Forecast activities.

This role is embedded within the Finance Digital Transformation organization and will partner closely with Finance, Business, Data, and IT teams. The successful candidate will understand core financial planning and forecasting processes, identify meaningful business pain points and improvement opportunities, and translate them into practical digital and AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead initiatives from business problem definition and process design through solution implementation, adoption, and value realization. The role requires a strong combination of finance process knowledge, consulting skills, AI implementation capability, project management, and change management.

This is a “business process + AI delivery” hybrid role. You understand how Finance plans and forecasts, think like a consultant, and drive solutions into actual business use. The focus is not on designing enterprise AI architecture, but on applying AI effectively to solve finance problems, improve decision quality, simplify processes, and deliver measurable business value.

• Analyze and improve Finance Planning & Forecast processes, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, performance management, and decision support.

• Identify business pain points and translate business requirements into process designs, functional requirements, user stories, and solution acceptance criteria.

• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve forecasting, planning efficiency, scenario analysis, and business decision-making.

• Partner with Finance, Data, AI, and IT teams to define, build, test, and deploy solutions aligned to business needs.

• Support AI initiatives from use case definition, prototyping, and pilot deployment through production implementation and business adoption.

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and develop business cases and transformation roadmaps.

• Lead initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and value realization.

• Manage project scope, stakeholders, risks, testing activities, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams.

• Drive user adoption through communication, training, change management, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure solutions meet governance, control, security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements, including appropriate explainability and human oversight.

• Monitor adoption, business impact, and value realization to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

• Experience in FP&A, Finance Planning & Forecast, Controlling, Finance Transformation, or related functions.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, scenario planning, and performance management

• Ability to connect financial planning activities with operational and business drivers.

• Experience delivering digital transformation, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.

• Understanding of generative AI, workflow automation, predictive analytics, or related technologies.

• Experience defining AI use cases, business requirements, workflows, testing criteria, and solution adoption plans.

• Ability to work effectively with AI, Data, and IT delivery teams.

• Understanding of AI limitations and the importance of governance, explainability, and human validation.

• Proven ability to move solutions from concept and prototype into production use and business adoption.

• Strong business process analysis, problem-solving, and consulting skills.

• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating complex business challenges into practical solutions.

• Ability to develop business cases, process designs, requirements, and implementation roadmaps.

• Proven project and change management experience within cross-functional environments.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with Finance leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a global environment.

• Experience with consulting firms or large-scale business transformation programs.

• Experience with planning and analytics platforms such as SAP, Anaplan, Tagetik, Hyperion, or Power BI.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.

• Experience supporting global or multinational organizations.
