At Lenovo, our Summer Internship Program is more than a summer job. It’s an opportunity to do meaningful work, build real-world experience, grow your network, and explore what your future could look like at a global technology company.
Our North America summer program typically runs 8–12 weeks and combines hands-on experience with a broader intern experience designed around learning, connection, and career development. Interns have access to professional development opportunities, executive roundtables and coffee chats, mentorship experiences, social and community activities, and the opportunity to showcase their work through the Intern Showcase.
You won’t just observe from the sidelines. Lenovo interns contribute to real projects and have opportunities to share their ideas and work with Lenovo leaders and teams. In 2026, the North America program hosted 20+ opportunities for interns to collaborate and demonstrate their ideas, including the Intern Innovation Showcase and Executive Roundtable.
And the experience can be the beginning of something bigger. Lenovo evaluates interns for potential future opportunities, helping create a pipeline from internship experience to full-time employment after graduation.
