What role will you play?
In this diverse role, you will perform a range of tasks which are a mix of a technical architect, people manager and project manager. This includes owning the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the team-owned product and platforms.
You will also be responsible for the hiring, retention, growth and development of an engineering team that meets the needs of the business and works well within the overall system architecture.
Drawing from your deep and broad technical expertise, you will mentor engineers, deep dive into technical problems, and provide leadership on complex technology issues in the company.
What you offer
- Strong technical background and experience in delivering, operating and scaling services in the Cloud environment
- Experience with latest Cloud technologies is a plus (e.g. Google Cloud, AWS)
- A critical thinker with a solid understanding of how to build scalable, maintainable and performant software
- Relevant experience managing multiple software engineering teams
- Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders across the organisation.
