What role will you play?

Be part of the core platform team operating and building our next generation cloud based Digital Contact Centre. You will operate across the full stack, building highly scalable omnichannel contact centre solutions that enable positive user experiences and support end users to triage and resolve issues. At the same time work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.

What you offer

• Experience in contact center platform support
• Experience in DevOps and Automation
• Good understanding of networking and voice over IP concepts such as routing, switching, firewalls, proxy, TCP/IP, SIP and WebRTC.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS/Typescript/NodeJS or Java
• Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically
