What role will you play?

As a Senior Software Developer you will lead a talented global technology team of approximately 10 people to identify and drive the delivery of strategic improvements to the platform. You will disrupt traditional processes and practices that solve real-world problems, drive an agile environment and take end-to end ownership for deliveries. You will identify opportunities to use technology to solve trading infrastructure management challenges, provide mentoring, training and problem-solving support to other team members and build a strong relationship with different stakeholders and teams globally.

What you offer

• A minimum of 10 years experience in front office technology
• Experience leading a development team and managing global stakeholders
• At least 2 years of experience in electronic market making, specifically with warrants
• Deep technical understanding of low latency, high throughput front office trading systems
• Experience with Agile, Continuous Integration
• Demonstrated track record of initiative and ownership with a delivery focus.
