Job Overview

The Sr Manager of Operations and monetization is a pivotal role, responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of operational and monetization initiatives. This position requires a high degree of independence and business acumen, overseeing areas including emerging technologies, digital experience, and brand enhancement. The role demands a visionary leader with a knack for identifying competitive advantages and innovative solutions in the dynamic landscape of digital marketing and brand experience.

Essential Functions

  • Leads and implements strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and monetization opportunities.
  • Direct innovative projects that utilize emerging technologies like AI and blockchain, and integrate them into business operations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with various departments including marketing, product development, and finance to integrate operational and monetization strategies.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Skilled in transforming abstract concepts into tangible design elements that resonate with the brand and audience.
  • Manage the budget for operational and monetization projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial objectives.


  • We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in operations, business strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful monetization strategies.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects, particularly in a digital or technology-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and digital marketing tools, and an understanding of how they can be leveraged for business growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a diverse team.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and finance.
  • Experience in budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about the latest industry trends and practices.


  • Expert proficiency in Figma used for UI/UX design collaborative projects and ideation sessions ability to leverage these tools for efficient team collaboration, feedback, and iterative design processes.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies, particularly in digital marketing and operations, to optimize business processes and revenue generation.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and leveraging data to drive business decisions and operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain focus on key business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating strategies and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
