Job Overview

The Regional Field Loyalty Manager will travel to stores to promote and improve Loyalty performance. They will work closely with Region and Division management teams and serve as the subject matter expert on the Star Rewards Loyalty program to support stores’ Loyalty acquisition and penetration, and Macy’s Card usage.

What You Will Do

  • Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Region leaders to gain support towards promoting a consistent and sustainable Credit culture to achieve Loyalty goals.
  • Partner with Division and Region leaders to identify stores with performance opportunities.
  • Engage stores through ongoing communication, in-store visits and virtual meetings to help develop strategies and action plans to drive productivity.
  • Ensure Store awareness and utilization of available tools and resources to deliver a successful Star Rewards program.
  • Support and leverage Regional Loyalty Champions and Division Credit Captains to drive performance and achieve Plan.
  • Provided feedback from stores for process improvement and development of best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Macy’s Credit Customer Service (MCCS) to support stores as needed.
  • Analyze Loyalty trends through the utilization of PowerBI and dashboard reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Leverage store insight to the customer to deepen understanding and influence structure of field initiatives to drive customer engagement.
  • Educate stores about the Macy’s customer by sharing research and consumer insights, i.e., who they are, and how we best create experiences and programs.

Skills You Will Need

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional partners to achieve Loyalty goals, while upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.

Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and execute effective Loyalty strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the location.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with Store, Division, and Region leaders, gaining support for Loyalty initiatives.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing Loyalty trends and utilizing available reports, systems, and technology to identify and address areas of concern proactively.

Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and colleagues.

Technical Skills: Proficient with use of computers, including Windows operating system, Microsoft Office tools, and internet skills.

Adaptability: Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.

Results-Driven Approach: Ability to achieve tangible results, meet deadlines, and actively contribute to continuous process improvement.
