Job Overview

The HR Technology Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR systems, utilizing a diverse skill set that includes negotiation, persuasion, project management, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate excels in problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving impactful change.

What You Will Do

System Configuration and Enhancement:

  • Customize and configure Oracle HCM systems' UI/UX across all modules, including Compensation, Talent, Recruiting Cloud, Payroll, System Security, and Learning, CoreHR to align with organizational objectives.
  • Lead application enhancement projects by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute system upgrades.
  • Perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Technical Support And Troubleshooting

  • Provide expert technical support to end-users, promptly resolving system-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand user challenges, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

Relationship Building And Collaboration

  • Foster strong organizational relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting trust, collaboration, and transparent communication.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to manage system integrations, resolve conflicts, and align with project objectives.

Project Management And Strategic Planning

  • Lead HR technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Apply strategic planning and analytical thinking to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources efficiently, and proactively mitigate risks.

Innovation And Continuous Improvement

  • Demonstrate resilience in embracing ambiguity and stress, fostering innovation and critical thinking in problem-solving efforts.
  • Apply systems thinking to analyze complex issues, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions that yield tangible results.

Knowledge Of DysteI Securit And y

  • Implement and uphold system security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to implement best practices and protocols for securing HR systems and data.

Skills You Will Need

Oracle HCM Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM systems' UI/UX across various modules like Compensation, Talent, Recruiting Cloud, Payroll, System Security, and Learning to align with organizational goals. Prior experience in implementing UI/UX and Autocomplete Rules changes in HCM is preferred.

Analytical and Organizational Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Proficiency in requirement gathering, judgment, decision-making, planning, and organizing.

Interpersonal Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation, persuasion, conflict management, and relationship-building. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptability and Accountability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with accountability and attention to detail. Willingness to research and learn about new initiatives with Oracle HCM, including emerging technologies like the new Redwood UI/Visual Builder.

HR Technology Administration: Proven experience in HR technology roles, including maintenance, testing, implementation, and application support. Knowledge of HR technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
