Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally.
The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand communication strategies and content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As the Creative Desk Client Solutions Director, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, working closely with Business Development/Marketing Services product/Account teams, securing business growth. Support the sales process by providing subject-matter expertise.

Role:
• Review, analyze and present clear and strategic recommendations to deliver result-driven marketing solutions
• Constant tracking of business and market trends to be able to design and deliver the best solutions
• P&L management – tracking and acting over the business important KPIs, such as Revenue, Margin and Expenses
• Full alignment and strong partnership with Business Development and Client Services to guarantee best results
• Business Development and Client Services support
• Contribute to closing sales opportunities identified by the Business Development team, for example by presenting at client meetings and providing input to proposals
• Client facing whenever necessary
• Be ACD eyes and voice in the market, both for internal stakeholders and customers
• Extract from the markets the necessities and inspiration that will drive the Creative Desk delivery
• Be the bridge between Global and Region to tropicalize solutions when it makes sense and to export knowledge to other regions
• Influence all relevant stakeholders to get necessary support and partnerships to the business development

• Strong business acumen
• Strong people management & leadership skills

• Constantly applying initiative to improve
• Structured and organized, proven to work independently in a remote team
• Curious and Innovative behavior
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with stakeholders of different seniorities
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills
• Fully proficient in English, any other language considered a plus
